Booking conditions

GENERAL TERMS

1. 1. The following booking conditions in this page apply to all bookings made with YONA TRAVEL. Additional conditions and terms related to Payments, Pricing & inclusions and Cancellation policy will be sent to you with the quotation for your booking.
2. 2. Review thoroughly all these Booking Conditions, as they outline the obligations, responsibilities and rights related to your booking.
3. 3. These Booking Conditions, as referred in point 1 together with all written correspondence regarding your booking prior to its confirmation constitute the contract between you and YONA TRAVEL.
4. 4. In the booking conditions, all references made to “you” and “your” refer to the contact person who has the authority to bind all members of the holiday party and is named on the booking along with every other person including in the booking. References to “we” “our”, “us”, mean “YONA TRAVEL”.
5. 5. It is taken that the contact person has the authority to bind all members of the holiday party to these booking conditions and the booking contract, to confirm and make the payment.
6. 6. You, and your party, agree to the use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. 7. YONA TRAVEL may be able to advice or assist you with general information at our discretion concerning your passports and visas but we accept no responsibility in this regard. You and all individuals of your travelling party are responsible to obtain the necessary visas or permits for your trip. 
8. 8. YONA TRAVEL does not accept any responsibility if you’re unable to travel due to non-compliance related to immigration, passport or visa requirements, due to health restrictions and other personal reasons or other reasons beyond our control. If you incur any financial losses as a result of any or all of the above, those costs will not be our responsibility.
9. 9. The tours/packages on this website of YONA TRAVEL are drafted for demonstration and inspiration purposes and they are not binding. Each one of them may function as a base for the design of each individual package that we will customize for the specific travel party/client. Also, they can be combined. The final itineraries, prices and inclusions/exclusions will be exclusively stated and agreed with each respective travel party/client. The costing is indicative, dependent upon seasonality and availability. 
10. 10. YONA TRAVEL tours/packages in most cases do not include international inbound and outbound flights for arriving to and departing from Greece. In the cases that we agree to include these flights to your package, this will be explicitly stated in out quotation and booking confirmation.
11. 11. Wherever in these booking conditions a reference is made to flights, it is applicable only in the cases that your booking with YONA TRAVEL includes also flight tickets.
12. 12. If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Amendment fees and any additional costs may apply. In rare cases, we may need to make changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements of equivalent or higher value.
13. 13. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. It must cover inter alia medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal liability, and emergency repatriation. YONA TRAVEL is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.
14. 14. We are not liable for any loss, damage, disruption or additional costs caused by events of force majeure beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, or political instability.
15. 15. For the organization of the trips, we use third party providers, such as airlines and other transport companies, hotels, local travel agencies and other entities over which we have no direct control. Our role is purely intermediary, which is why our responsibilities are identified and limited only to cases of organizational failures. Any other responsibility and compensation claim associated with services by a third party provider should be sought from the respective provider.
16. 16. We will always make an effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and not misleading in any way; however, the details on our site are subject to change and information may be changed at any time. We will inform you if there are any changes to your trip.
17. 17. We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your data.
18. 18. In the case of a B2B booking, the booking agency takes all the respective responsibility of agreement and compliance with the booking conditions and agreed terms. 
19. 19. We provide to all travellers who purchase our packages insurance for civil liability, according to the Greek law.  
20. 20. The booking conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts.
